PROLOGIS EVENT CONDUCT GUIDELINES

These Guidelines apply to all aspects of the event program, including business and social activities.

All attendees must agree to the Guidelines during the completion of their event registration. While the Guidelines have specific guidance on proper behavior, it is not a comprehensive guide. Rather, it is intended as general guidance to act responsibly, and professionally and to ensure the safety of all participants.

We expect all event participants to uphold the following principles:

  • Act with respect towards everyone you encounter, including event and venue staff.
  • Failure to act in a respectful manner may result in removal from the event and future events.
  • Exercise consideration in your speech and actions. Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or degrading to others, including any messages, images, or interactions will not be tolerated.
  • Behave in accordance with professional standards (including your respective employer’s policies, and applicable law).
  • Prologis expects participants to drink responsibly at any event where alcohol is served.
  • Prologis and/or the hosting event staff have the right to deny service to participants for any reason and may require a participant to leave in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
  • If guests are departing a venue after a hosted event, Prologis will provide transportation with details communicated to attendees prior to the event. If no arranged transportation is provided, Prologis will pay for all taxi and ride-sharing expenses (Uber, Lyft ,etc.) including a return trip the following day to retrieve personal vehicles. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
  • Alcohol will only be served during specific hours and in designated areas for events. Should attendees choose to purchase alcoholic beverages outside of the designated event, behavior will continue to be subject to these guidelines.
  • Evaluate your own health and stay home if you have been feeling sick or have flu-like symptoms.
