Carla Dantas

Carla Dantas is vice president and legal counsel at Prologis in Brazil. He is responsible for all legaland compliance matters in the region, including advising the global team on defining structuresfor attracting investments, as well as advising the local team on conducting strategic capitalinvestment efforts and operations, project development, acquisitions and leases. He joined thePrologis team in 2019, having already been working in the logistics development sector since2014. Before working in the logistics market, he advised dozens of capital market transactionsthat involved credit securitization, public offerings of shares, fund structuring investment and debtsecurities issuance. In her previous experiences, he worked both at Banco J.P. Morgan and aleading law firm in the capital markets industry.Dantas is a member of the Basil Bar Association, São Paulo Section. He graduated from the StateUniversity of São Paulo, having obtained a Master's degree (L.LM) at the same institution, havingtaken extension courses at the Università di Bologna, Hague Academy and the AdministrativeCouncil for Economic Defense (CADE).
