SVP, Country Manager
Hermano Souza is the SVP, Country Manager at Prologis Brazil and is responsible for managing the platform consisting of approximately 20 million square feet managed and under construction, with over U$1.6B of AUM and a team of 60 vibrant employees. He holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, complemented by his MBA degrees from both the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
Before joining Prologis in 2019, Hermano Souza worked at Global Logistic Properties (GLP), TRX, and CMS, which collectively gave him opportunity to build up 15 years of experience in industrial and logistics development.
