VP, Head of Capital Deployment
Luiz Carlos Estancione Filho is VP, Head of Capital deployment, responsible for all capital deployment activities in Brazil, including land and building acquisitions and dispositions. He joined the Prologis team in 2015 as a leasing associate and in 2018 transitioned to the capital deployment team. Luiz has deployed in excess of R$3.5 billion with a potential to develop approximately of 1,300,000 m² of logistics warehouse space. He has over 10 years of experience in the sector, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitario da FEI and a MBA in Business Management from FGV.
