Director, Brazil Accounting

Mario Cerqueira acts as head of finance and accounting in the position of director of accounting at Prologis Brasil. He is responsible for all accounting, tax and financial processes and operations in the different investment structures, in addition to supporting business development in the region. He has consolidated experience over the last 16 years in large companies in the real estate sectors (logistics, shopping centers and corporate buildings) and heavy construction in Brazil, Latin America and Portuguese-speaking African countries. Skills include negotiation, business planning, risk management, leadership, and team building. Mario holds a Global Executive MBA(OneMBA) and a Professional Master’s in Business Administration from FGV/ EAESP, he graduated in Business Administration from UFMG and passed the CFA® level I exam.
