Armando Fregoso

Armando Fregoso serves as President of Latin America at Prologis, where he leads the company’s operations across Mexico and Brazil. He is responsible for the full management of the region’s platform, encompassing approximately 100 million square feet of assets owned, managed, and under construction. The portfolio represents more than $11 billion in assets under management and is supported by a dynamic team of 200 professionals. 

 Armando earned his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 2008. He has remained actively engaged in leadership and professional development throughout his career, participating in programs and organizations such as the Dartmouth Society of Investment and Economics, the Tuck Real Estate Club, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also a member of the Global Real Estate Institute (GRI), and YPO.
